The
GEORGE WHEATON
Room

"A builder of vessels"- In the early 1800’s George Wheaton operated a shipyard just a stones throw from this 2nd floor, waterside room, where he built two dozen schooners, some over 100 feet long.

This quaint room features river and park views, a richly carved high back full-size bed and turn of the century furniture that has all had a professional shabby chic refinish, original gas logged fireplace, central air conditioning, private bath with shower stall and deluxe amenities, wall mounted flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and phone.
